Create a New Qualys User

Log in to the Qualys Cloud Platform using your assigned credentials.
On the VMDR dashboard, select the Users tab.
Select the New drop-down menu, and then select User.
Complete the General Information section as shown below. These are the required fields:
First Name: Enter Epiphany.
Last Name: Enter User.
Title: Enter Epiphany Access.
Phone: Enter digits.
E-mail Address: Enter your email address.
Address 1: Enter your address.
Country: Select United States of America.
Select Save.
In the left menu, select User Role.
In the User Role drop-down, select Reader.
Select the API checkbox to grant the user API access.
Add asset groups as needed.
Once finished, select Save. The rest of the sections in the user creation process are not currently in use.
Please note that further permissions may need to be accounted for in the user creation process. A recent bug was detected in the Reader user role's API access.
