Create an Explicit User Account in BeyondTrust

This section describes two ways to add an Explicit User Account in BeyondTrust: in the Management Console or in the web application.
Log into the BeyondTrust Privileged Identity Management Console using your assigned credentials.
in the management console, in Delegation, select Web Application Global Delegation Permissions.
Select the Add button in the lower-left corner.
In the Add Delegation Identity form, select Explicit Identity near the bottom of the form.
Enter a Username and Password.
Select OK to add the user.
The user will appear in the identity list with a type of Domain User and be granted the global right of Logon.
Log into the BeyondTrust Privileged Identity Web Application using your assigned credentials.
In the web application, in Settings, select Delegation.
Select the Add New Identity button.
In the New Identity form, select an Identity Type of Explicit User.
Enter an Identity Name and Identity Password. A recommended name is epiphany. Ensure the password meets the source organization’s password policy.
Select Save to add the user.
The user will be granted the global right of Logon.
