About This Document

This guide details the steps necessary to connect Claroty data to the Epiphany Intelligence Platform. The Epiphany Intelligence Platform leverages data about endpoint management systems to learn more about the hosts and users on a network.

Overview

NCentral allows API access by virtue of a username and a password. Both are created in Claroty's management console by an admin user.

Epiphany only requires a read-only user to collect Claroty's data. This is a default role in Claroty when generating the API credentials.

To perform the steps in this document, you can do either of the following:

• Option 1: Create a new user, who is designated for use by Epiphany, and provide the user the proper privileges.

• Option 2: Leverage an existing user and follow the steps to ensure the user has the correct privileges to collect all necessary data.

Version Compatibility

• Epiphany: Epiphany Collector version 1.0 and later.

• Claroty: CTD 4.4.0.0 and later.

Prerequisites

• Ability to create a user, or access to an existing user with the read-only role.

What is Needed for Integration

• A username with the role of read-only and its password.

• The URL of the Claroty console.
