Restart an Agent

Users can restart an agent from the platform. This operation only restarts the EVE agent, not the endpoint. To restart the agent, the endpoint must be online and connected to the platform.

To restart an agent, follow these steps:

1. Click on the icon in the Actions column, the EndPoint Details window will be displayed.
2. Select the General Information Section.

3. Locate the Restart Agent button .
4. Click on the button to restart the agent. A notification confirms the instruction and, on the endpoint, a window with the retar status is displayed:
