Logging in to the Platform for the first time

With the subscription to EVE, the user will receive an email with the access to the instance. Logging into the EVE web interface may vary depending on the browser.
When logging in, the user can have an "Administrator" user account or a "User" account. See Types of Accounts.
To log in to the Platform for the first time follow the steps below:
Check the email for the Welcome to EVE email.
Copy the Key Provided.
Click on the button to access the platform.
Create a password and enter the key provided on the email.
Click on to access the main Login Page of the platform.
Enter the credentials and click on the button.
If the credentials are correct, the user will have access to the Platform with the Dashboard tab being the initial page displayed.
If a user try to log in too many times with an incorrect username or password, the account will be locked. Contact the administrator to unlock the account.
