Create a New Carbon Black Cloud User

This feature is in Early Release/BETA. Please contact your Epiphany Systems support or sales contact to learn more.

Step 1:

• Log into the Carbon Black Cloud UI using your assigned credentials.

• Select Settings and then select Users.
• Select the Add User button.

Step 2:

• Complete the Add User pop-up as shown below:

An email account belonging to your organization will be used for security purposes.

• Select Save.

Activate the New Account

Step 3:

• An invitation email is sent to the email address you entered in step 2 above. Open it and select the Activate Now link, which goes to the Carbon Black Hosted EDR.

• Create a password that follows your organization’s password policy.
• Select the Accept button.
