Create a New Patch Manager Plus User

If a Patch Manager Plus user is already created with the correct role, proceed to the section Create a New Patch Manager Plus API Key.

Step 1:

  • Log in to your ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus instance.

  • Select Admin in the toolbar, select the User tab, and then select the Add User button.

Step 2:

  • Under Step 1: Add User, complete the fields listed below. An example of the completed fields is shown in the image below.

    • Email: Enter an email from your organization.

    • Name: Enter a name for the user. collectors_eip is recommended.

    • Role: Select Guest (required).

  • Select Add User. Manage Engine sends an email to the email address you provided, describing how to complete the registration process. An example of the email is shown below:
